Fieldstone Counselling & Wellness is a professional mental health and wellness clinic located in Mount Forest, Ontario. Our work is inspired by the idea that, like fieldstones gathered from the land, the challenges we face can become the building blocks of resilience and growth.

Our team of registered therapists and wellness professionals provides evidence based, relationship centered care for individuals, couples, youth over 12 and families. We specialize in counselling for anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, addictions, and self-esteem, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy based interventions, that are evidenced based.
